The Sugawara Laboratory (seminar group) includes students from the third year of undergraduate study through the doctoral level. As I conduct research based on my own interests, students are likewise encouraged to pursue research topics that they are genuinely passionate about. Rather than organizing the lab around a fixed research theme, we focus on conducting research that seeks to uncover deeper truths, while also helping each student discover the meaning of research and clinical practice in their own lives.
Our ultimate goal is to train individuals who can advance the presence of psychologists as well as the impact of psychological practice through their research and professional activities.
